Resilience Builder Program®  

  • Manualized group program for kids (K - 8th grade); 4-6 kids per group

  • 1-hour weekly sessions for 12 weeks

  • Uses resilience-based CBT strategies to build social competence and emotion regulation skills

  • Sample session topics: reading verbal and nonverbal cues, being proactive, problem-solving in social situations, optimistic thinking, intent vs. impact, managing anger, managing anxiety, building self-esteem, etc.
